Dr Brian Moore is a lecturer and researcher at Charles Sturt University. He gained a B.A. from the University of Sydney and has multiple postgraduate qualifications in education and psychology. Dr Moore completed his PhD at Macquarie University, which investigated the relationship between physical activity (martial arts) and wellbeing/mental health.
Adv. Poonthura Soman is a Kalari Gurukkal and Trainer. He is the Secretary General of Indian kalaripayattu federation. He has been an Honorary Secretary of Kerala kalaripayattu Association for the past 25 years. Soman Gurukkal as he is popularly known is the founder of Bodhidharma Institute of martial arts in Poonthura. He is a renowned International performer and speaker. He has authored the book ‘Kalaripayattu The Amazing Martial Arts’. He has also been a Kerala Sports council member for the last 30 years
Mr. K. Krishnakumar has over two decades of experience in academics, administration and management. He holds a post graduate degree in Mathematics from the MS University and BEd from the Kerala University. After BEd, he began his career as a lecturer in the Regional Institute of Engineering. Subsequently, he worked in various educational institutions in Thiruvananthapuram before moving to the Sultanate of Oman.
Dr. G. Sajina is the Director, School of Cultural Heritage Studies, Thunchathezhuthachan Malayalam University. She has thirteen years of experience in teaching at the highschool and higher secondary level and eight years at the university level. She holds a doctorate in Malayalam. She has learned and practiced ancient Scripts like Brahmi, Nandinagari, Grandha and Vattezhuthu as part of her MPhil in Manuscriptology. She was a resource person in Manuscriptology workshops conducted by Kerala University and Calicut University. She is a certified resource in ancient Scripts Sarada, Nevari, and functional Tamil. Dr. Sajina was awarded with ‘Bhashakkoru dollar’ in 2012 for the best PhD thesis in Malayalam by Kerala University and FOKANA. She has various published works to her credit. Dr. Sajina was a resource person for Epigraphy short term course, KCHR, Pattanam. She was the project coordinator for Heritage Museum, Malayalam University, and Heritage Survey (Malappuram and Wayanad), Malayalam University. She was also the Manuscript Consultant, and Advisory Committee member, Manuscripts library, Kottakkal PSV Ayurveda College and Research Center; and Course Coordinator, Lipipadanakendram, Malayalam University.
